Asset Plus Property Management
Some potential investors are concerned
about tenant vacancy which could cause a break in their cash flow
of their property investment. With Asset Plus Management, Domain
Charter Group warranties their ability to manage your investment
property. If we haven't found you a tenant within four weeks of
settlement of your selected investment we pay you an agreed
amount.
Deposit Warranty
Deposit Warranty allows investor clients
to make their purchase without the need for a cash deposit. Up to
10% of the purchase price of the residential property, in lieu of
a cash deposit. Warranties can be supplied for periods of 6, 12,
18 and 24 months. The extended periods of cover are of great
advantage to those entering the property investment market where
settlement dates are over extended periods.
